Course Description

 

 

Name of the Trade : Maintenance & Repair of Agricultural Machine
Duration of the Course : 03 Months/360 hours
Objective of the Course : a)  To support the learning needs of individuals who aim to work in the Agricultural sector as Technician.

 

b)    To allow individuals to learn, develop and practice skill, required for employment and career progression in the Agricultural sector.

Trainee must possess the following qualifications;

 

  • Class Eight and above pass;
  • Good moral character;
  • Age limit 18 years to 35 years;
  • Good health and physic
  • Be a citizen of Bangladesh
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Can communicate both orally and written form

MODULE 08:       Agricultural Machine Maintenance

 0801: Power tiller

The trainee will be able to:

  • Define power tiller
  • Different types of power tiller
  • Different part of power tiller
  • Maintenance the engine part of power tiller
  • Maintenance the engine oil, air filter, belt, pulley, bearing etc.
  • Maintenance the wheel of power tiller
  • Set the extra part of land preparation.
  • Prepare for driving
  • Operate the power tiller machine

0802: Tractor

The trainee will be able to:

  • Define tractor
  • Different part of tractor
  • Change the engine oil, air filter, belt, pulley, bearing etc.
  • Set the extra part of tractor.

The trainee will be able to:

  • Mechanical seal change
  • Carbon rings change.
